You’ll contribute to scenario modelling, risk assessment, and short-term cash flow forecasting to ensure robust treasury management and informed financial planning. Data Analysis & Insight Turn complex financial, commercial, and operational data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll deliver everything from daily performance updates for the Leadership Team to high-quality reports for stakeholders, investors, and the Board – supporting strategic and tactical decision-making. Business Partnering Collaborate closely with our Commercial and Operations teams to ensure financial information is understood and effectively used to drive performance improvements. You’ll play a key role in translating numbers into meaningful actions across the business. Process Improvement & Innovation You’ll continuously seek opportunities to improve how we work – whether it’s optimising reporting tools, enhancing data accuracy, or streamlining processes. Your proactive approach will help us stay efficient, agile, and future-ready. Data Governance & Performance Monitoring Be the custodian of our financial data sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. You’ll provide vital insights into performance trends, acquisitions, and new developments – supporting our growth strategy with reliable data and analysis. Experience and Skills A qualified accountant with experience in commercial and analytical roles A strong understanding of Excel, Database Management and Data Analysis Understanding of Statistical Analysis methodologies Degree educated with a professional accounting qualification Experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance Experience with financial systems (ideally, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC) Strong attention to detail Sound ability to develop processes Good analytical and numerical skills for fast data analysis Ability to work under own initiative Problem Solving skills Maintain a team environment while working remotely Well-developed interpersonal and adaptive influencing skills Flexibility to travel High level of motivation, determination and commitment Eligible to work in the UK IND123
