Responsibilities
* Provide market insights, training opportunities, and career guidance
* Understand client requirements and recruitment processes
* Work closely with Business Development, Compliance, Payroll, and Marketing
* Use internal recruitment systems to track pipeline and activity
* Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
* Support timesheet and payroll administration
* Confident speaking with candidates and clients over the phone
* Source via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound calls
* Provide long-term relationship building with candidates and clients
Qualifications & Experience
* Recruitment or sales experience is beneficial (not essential)
* Healthcare recruitment experience is a bonus
Working Hours
Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:30pm
