Your new role
As CRM Delivery Lead, you’ll play a key role in a major CRM transformation programme, driving the successful implementation of a new platform across multiple business units. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure milestones are met and business disruption is minimised. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the delivery roadmap, milestones, and risks.
2. Coordinating product, engineering, QA, data, and supplier teams.
3. Supportingernance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
4. Driving adoption and change management across the organisation.
5. Promoting continuous improvement and delivery discipline.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Experience leading CRM or platform delivery projects (end-to-end).
7. Strong technical delivery background with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
8. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
9. Experience managing third-party suppliers and dependencies.
10. Hands-on problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
11. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and cloud technologies.
