We’re looking for a curious, user-centred designer who can research with end users, spot the problem, and create simple, effective solutions - sometimes a full module, a checklist, infographic, or a short video, for a wide range of learning audiences. We’re interested in people withexperience from outside traditional Learning.
1. Using 5Di and user-centred design to understand problems and prototype quickly
2. Building high-quality digital learning and resources
3. Working with diverse stakeholders, confidently challenging assumptions when needed
4. Using data to measure impact
5. Proven experience designing digital learning (portfolio welcomed)
6. Comfort running user research and testing
7. Strong stakeholder skills and clear, concise storytelling
8. A problem-solving mindset grounded in evidence
