About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with diverse needs, helping them engage in learning, build independence, and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to deliver high-quality support tailored to each pupil. Essential Experience Applicants must have one of the following: Care work experience, or Experience supporting children or young people with medical needs This may include personal care, supporting medical routines, understanding complex needs, or experience within care, SEN, or health-related settings.
