The HR Transformation team focuses on partnering with clients to shape and navigate evolving People agendas, building functions that are business-focused, cost-effective, and agile by reimagining how HR can meet the needs of stakeholders. Core to this strategy is the incorporation of Global Business Services (GBS) models as a strategic enabler for HR organisations undergoing transformation.
We’re looking for individuals who can design future-ready HR GBS functions, leverage technology and Gen AI to enhance client experience, and guide clients to bespoke, optimized HR functions that serve the business better. You will work with others to tailor HR strategies to each client’s goals, using universal strategies and technology to drive change. Your knowledge and experience will help drive transformation.
Being successful as a Senior Manager
We are looking for dynamic individuals who can demonstrate real impact within businesses to help transform some of the world’s most respected organisations. You will build on experience across HR components including HR Operating and Service Delivery Model, Future of HR, HR Capabilities development and HR Strategy.
Responsibilities
* Experience of leading multiple HR Transformation workstreams to support organisations in the development of future HR Operating models
* Leadership of teams to deliver complex and inter-dependent deliverables such as C-Suite level presentations, workshop documentation, and design/ facilitation of process localisation
* Leading HR and HR Service Delivery Transformation focused on changing how HR and GBS functions operate, increasing and innovating capabilities
* End-to-end GBS experience from strategy and design to implementation
* Managing HR organisation design to deploy the right skills at the right time, enabled by smart technologies
* Developing tailored HR visions and strategies using Global Business Services models
* Establishing new or optimizing existing GBS operations with Automation and AI to provide insights and strategic recommendations
* Assessing and designing GBS functions to maximise client services and ROI within HR
* Understanding different GBS models and guiding clients on maturing their GBS function
* Developing future points of view and insights for EY and clients
* Deep knowledge in one HR area (e.g., Shared Services/GBS, Operating Model design, HR strategy, or capability development)
* Preparing materials for immersive client workshops to shape HR strategy and operating model
* Leading client engagements with multiple work streams and workforce optimisation interventions
* Developing implementation roadmaps, risk mitigation and governance plans, and managing project reporting
* Using analytical skills to solve complex business problems with evidence-based rationale
* End-to-end HR GBS design experience, preferably in a multi-function transformation context
* Be a people leader with experience guiding others and supporting junior team members through client delivery
* Take ownership for driving utilisation and sales revenue for the HR Transformation practice as part of the leadership team
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
