We're currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a well-established service providing business in Huddersfield. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to support a busy team with a variety of admin tasks, including document management, internal systems updates, and general coordination duties.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly, updating records, maintaining company information, helping prepare documents, assisting with internal communications and social media support. There's also scope to get involved with wider team projects and support colleagues in other departments when needed.
Key Requirements:
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel and PowerPoint
Use of InDesign (desirable)
Able to manage multiple tasks and keep things well organised
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Friendly, professional and proactive approach
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
Knowledge or interest in marketing is advantageous
Experience dealing with bids is highly advantageous
