A welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Westminster, West London is seeking a motivated and committed Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated Inclusion Department.
This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for recent graduates keen to gain valuable school-based experience before pursuing a career in teaching, educational psychology, or student support.
The position offers up to £110 per day, depending on experience.
The Role:
Provide targeted support to students both 1:1 and in small group settings across Key Stages 35
Assist in lessons and deliver structured interventions outside of the classroom environment
Support pupils in key subjects, particularly English and Maths, helping to raise attainment and close learning gaps
Work with students who may have additional needs, including SEND and EAL
Collaborate closely with teachers, SEN staff, and the wider Inclusion team to ensure all learners reach their full potential
