AI Product Role for Commercial Lawyer - Cambridge with hybrid working

A leading AI business based in Cambridge, with an impressive leadership team that has proven capability in the sector.
Role
1. This role will create a knowledge bridge between the design and function of the business's products.
2. It is suited to an experienced commercial lawyer looking for an opportunity to work on the frontlines of an AI business.
3. Working closely with product and client leadership teams to help shape its AI products for a global client base.
4. The role is product-focused but can include client-facing responsibilities if desired.
You
1. 5+ years PQE.
2. Suit an experienced commercial solicitor with significant contract negotiation experience.
3. You will bring an understanding of complex commercial agreements to apply to the product.
4. You will demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of risk management for large-scale and global contracts.
5. Ideally, this individual will have created their own playbook in a previous role.
6. This opportunity could be suited to a commercial lawyer with a specialism e.g., employment, real estate/construction, procurement, compliance, or similar.
7. This opportunity is also open to those looking to move from a practice career centered around commercial agreements - ideally in international markets.
