As Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy restaurant, managing a team of around 30 staff. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading by example with a hands-on approach, from stock takes to making coffees and serving customers
Ensuring service standards and food hygiene requirements are consistently met
Communicating effectively with your team to create an efficient, supportive environment
Managing staff rotas and overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth serviceWhat we're looking for:

Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy restaurant or café
