The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Hybrid work arrangement: 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role involves managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching projects, requiring a dedicated point of contact for the team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, with strong communication skills, and capable of planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The role ensures the team can support clients across all media globally. It demands high competency in project management, multitasking, and meeting diverse deadlines. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization, and clear communication with Commercial/Project Managers and team leaders are essential to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from various business areas and oversee their successful delivery
* Foster positive, proactive relationships within the team
* Understand client challenges to prioritize effectively
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development
* Assess the feasibility of creative work based on requirements, time, and resources
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review processes, and production workflows
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, keeping job statuses updated daily
* Keep team members informed about project statuses
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods
* Ensure briefs are detailed and accurate
* Work with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments
* Manage accounts system, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work
* Obtain approval for estimates before starting work
* Ensure invoices are issued promptly and accurately
Skills
Requires at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, ideally within a CG or Photography environment. A strong interest in CG and/or photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn and understand the team's software and processes is advantageous. The candidate should possess decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
