In a Nutshell…
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Land & New Business Manager to join our team within Vistry London Division, at our Stratford office. As our Senior Land & New Business Manager, you will report to the Head of Land & New Business and Regional teams to identify and secure new business opportunities in accordance with the Regional Business Plan.
* Manage bid submissions ensuring these are of the highest standard and commercially competitive.
* Assist operational teams with project briefs, delivery and sales strategies, financial appraisals, development agreements, planning consents, financial management, project and risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Proactively research future opportunities and manage relationships with relevant parties.
This role is largely self-sufficient, responsible for sourcing opportunities and instructing consultants/development teams on legal, planning, development, and commercial constraints.
