Location: Broughton (on-site)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5-day week, flexible between 7am-7pm)
Clearance: BPSS+ (processed via Airbus Security)
Pay: £31.40/hour PAYE | £42/hour Umbrella

In this role, you'll take ownership of capital investment projects from early feasibility through to design, delivery, and final handover. What you'll be doing
As the Building & Construction Project Leader, you will:
Lead and deliver CAPEX projects
1. Manage multi-functional project teams (internal and external) to deliver safe, compliant and cost-effective solutions.
2. Oversee projects from inception and feasibility through detailed design, specification, site monitoring and handover.
