Purpose of the Role:
Worcestershire County Cricket Club is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Front of House and Hospitality Staff to join our team on a casual basis during the cricket season. This role involves providing excellent customer service to members, guests, and visitors across hospitality suites and event areas on matchdays and other club events.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Welcoming and assisting guests in hospitality areas
· Serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
· Supporting bar and catering operations during matchdays and events
· Ensuring hospitality areas are clean, organised, and presentable
· Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements
•Must be aged 16 or over
•Positive attitude with good communication skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Previous hospitality or customer service experience desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
You will need to have the Right to Work in the UK or be able to obtain this by the start date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

The rate of pay for this role is £12.21 (rising to £12.71 from 1/4/26)
