Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Duty Manager
Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service throughout the night.
Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and assist with any guest requests.
Oversee night audits to ensure accuraterecording of daily transactions and prepare reports.
Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless night operations. Act as the primary point of contact during night time operations.
Oversee health and safety as well as security operations at the hotel during the night, conducting regular patrols and inspections.
About you
Previous experience in hotel front officemanagementwithin the luxury segment is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities skills are required.
