Title: Supply Chain Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Are you ready to lead a high performing Supply Chain team? We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to take charge of stock planning, logistics, and customer service for a fast‑moving imported food business. Ensure products reach retail customers on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage stock levels, forecasts and logistics partners, including cold storage and 3rd‑party providers.
* Work closely with customers and suppliers to deliver OTIF performance and maintain accurate stock data.
* Analyse trends and demand to optimise stock, improve service, and support smarter business decisions.
* Produce reports, track KPIs, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
* Lead and develop a small team, providing coaching and support while collaborating with other managers to strengthen processes and foster a high‑performing culture.
Qualifications
* Organised, analytical, and experienced in imported food for retail.
* Strong planning, communication, and logistics skills.
* SAP experience is a bonus.
