1:1 Challenging Behaviour Mentor – The Benefits:

9. Supporting a pupil that needs it the most and can be the hardest to reach
10. Promoting educational, emotional, and social development
11. Working 1:1 with the same child
12. Supporting them with their specific learning difficulties
Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
13. Minimum 2:1 degree
14. Strong academic background
15. Previous experience working with challenging behaviour
16. Previous experience working with children
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
18. Passionate about making a difference to pupils’ experience of education
