Job Title: Coil Winding Technician
We are seeking a Coil Winding Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with electro-mechanical assembly experience, working on the production of high-quality components. You will be responsible for assembling and testing electric rotors, stators, armatures, and related components, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Follow engineering drawings, work instructions and inspection requirements.
Perform mechanical reliability tests (core loss, hi-pot, phase balance, etc.).
Use soldering equipment for thru-hole, surface mount or hard soldering.
Operate required hand tools and machinery for assembly.
Adhere to manufacturing procedures and meet production targets.
Undertake ad hoc tasks, including colleague training and departmental support.
Experience in electro-mechanical winding, stacking & loading.
Proficiency in soldering and assembling small components.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Basic IT skills and ability to read, write, and understand English.
