A well-established, award-winning law firm is looking to recruit a Family Solicitor or Associate to join its high-performing and forward-thinking Family Law team.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of family matters, including high net worth financial cases and complex children work, with the opportunity to develop a particular specialism over time.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a diverse caseload including divorce, financial remedy matters (often high net worth), Children Act proceedings, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, TOLATA matters, international elements, and injunctive relief
* Delivering work efficiently and commercially, in line with client expectations and firm standards
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring consistently high levels of client service
* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the wider growth of the team
* Supervising and supporting more junior team members where appropriate
* Adhering to internal quality procedures and management systems
* Continuously developing both technical and interpersonal skills
