Senior Account Executive - Hybrid (3 days p/w) – Old St, London

CleanCloud is a leading SaaS company providing business management software for dry cleaners and laundromats in over 110 countries worldwide. Our platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools designed to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and drive growth for our clients.

As we continue expanding globally, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Account Executive to help accelerate our international growth.

This role is not for average salespeople. We are looking for a top‑tier performer with a proven ability to consistently exceed targets and close high‑value deals in a fast‑paced remote sales environment.


Role Overview

As a Sales Account Executive at CleanCloud, you will be responsible for generating new business across multiple international markets and time zones from a mix of inbound and outbound sourced leads. You will manage the full sales cycle—from qualification and product demonstrations through to negotiation and closing.

This is a high-performance role with uncapped earning potential suited to someone who thrives on targets, competition, and commission.

You must be comfortable working 3 days a week in our London office, and flexibly across global time zones to engage with prospects across North America, Europe, APAC and other regions.

We are looking for individuals with relentless drive, exceptional closing ability, and the discipline required to succeed in a remote sales environment.


Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

* Identify, engage, and convert new prospects into paying CleanCloud customers across global markets.
* Own the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification through to closing and onboarding coordination.
* Conduct product demonstrations and discovery calls with prospective clients.
* Consistently build and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Sales Performance

* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
* Maintain high levels of sales activity including calls, demos, and follow‑ups.
* Demonstrate a relentless focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth.
* Uphold the highest standards when dealing with prospects to protect brand reputation.

Remote Sales Execution

* Work effectively and efficiently, maintaining discipline, structure, and productivity.
* Adapt working hours where necessary to engage prospects across different global time zones.
* Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting within CRM systems.

Customer Engagement

* Develop a deep understanding of CleanCloud’s platform and value proposition.
* Clearly articulate the business impact and ROI of the software to prospective clients.
* Build strong rapport with business owners and decision‑makers and maintain lead engagements.


Requirements

Elite Sales Performance

* Strong commercial experience in B2B SaaS sales (ideally 3+ years).
* Successful proven background in managing full SMB sales cycles (prospecting to close), dealing with a high volume at velocity.
* Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

Language Skills

* Fluent English (essential). Other languages are a bonus but not essential.

Mindset & Drive

* Highly competitive with a strong hunger for commission and financial success.
* Unwavering work ethic and willingness to flex working hours to win deals.
* Highly self‑motivated with strong time management and personal accountability.
* Comfortable working in a high‑performance, results‑driven environment.

Communication

* Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to confidently engage with business owners and senior decision‑makers.

What's on offer:

* Competitive base salary + uncapped OTE
* 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
* Ability to work anywhere in the world up to 1 month per year
* Extra day annual leave for each full year service (capped at 28 days)
* Other: Ongoing training scheme, pension, mat/pat leave, breakfast and lunch clubs, cycle to work scheme
* Annual team away trip (previous trips being Nashville, Orlando and Wilderness Reserve)

Screening with Talent Partner (Matt) → Video Call with Head of Sales (Ric) → Final F2F at London office with John (CEO) and Ric (incl presentation task)
