HR Advisor opportunity with our client, a regulatory body. They are seeking a proactive and focused HR Advisor to support the people centre team for a 6 month period. The successful candidate will be able to operate in a challenging, fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver efficient HR support to employees across the UK.
* Serve as the first point of contact for employee lifecycle queries, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs and KPIs.
* Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
* Manage and allocate HR queries through the cloud based email system.
* Coordinate onboarding activities using iTrent.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain HR Standard Operating Procedures.
* Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the People Centre Manager with audits.
* Maintain and update accurate employee records within the HR system.
* Process leavers and contractual changes in line with payroll deadlines and statutory obligations.
* Produce key MI to People and Estates team as well as adhoc requests using People Centre Power BI dashboard.
Essential Requirements
* HR administration and onboarding experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience using integrated HR payroll systems.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
