Job Title: Temporary Planning / Purchasing Administrator Location: Stirling, Springkerse Industrial Estate Contract Details: Temporary position with the possibility of extension. Benefits & Perks: Flexible working hours Opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment Nearby parking available Friendly and supportive team atmosphere Responsibilities: As a Temporary Planning / Purchasing Administrator, you will: Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing and purchasing materials / contractors Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials Support the planning team with administrative tasks and documentation Help streamline processes for efficiency and effectiveness Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within planning or purchasing Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in the construction or real estate industry Familiarity with procurement software or systems Knowledge of planning processes and supply chain management A relevant degree or qualification in Business Administration or a related field How to apply: Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling journey with us?
