Self-Employed Financial Adviser
Location: Consett, Co Durham (Hybrid working available)

We take pride in the long-term relationships we build and the ethical, personal approach that defines our service.
We’re now looking for a motivated Financial Adviser to join on a self-employed basis. This is a genuine opportunity to build long-term value in your own client base — with immediate access to existing clients and assets under management, plus clear progression towards equity and partnership within the firm.
The Opportunity:
This role is ideal for an adviser who wants to take ownership of their career, with the backing, brand, and infrastructure of an established practice. You won’t need to bring an existing client bank — we’ll provide you with AUM to service from day one, alongside the support needed to build your own client relationships.
You’ll benefit from:
Initial client bank/AUM provided to service immediately
Attractive revenue splits:
80/20 on self-generated IAF
70/30 on jointly generated IAF
50/50 on practice-generated IAF
50/50 on all Ongoing Adviser Fees (new and existing)
Ownership: part-ownership percentage of all self-generated and joint-generated clients, if you already have your own client bank/AUM then you will retain full ownership of those clients.

Full back-office support including administration and compliance
Hybrid flexibility – mix of office and home-based work
Laptop, IT systems and PII all included
About You:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipFA/DipPFS or equivalent)
Strong technical knowledge across investments, pensions, and retirement planning
Professional, ethical, and confident communicator
Entrepreneurial mindset – keen to build something of long-term value
Comfortable in a self-employed environment with the rewards that brings
