Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to assist in leading our front of house team and ensure a high standard of service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, having worked in a restaurant, bar or pub setting at a supervisory level. This role requires a passion for food and beverage, as well as the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to Five Alls standards in both the restaurant and bar areas
* Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels for both beverages and food items.
* Work in all areas of Front of House including restaurant and bar to ensure a high and efficient level of service to our guests.
* Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
* Work closely with the General Manager, Head chef and team to advance business growth with events and menu development.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory position within the hospitality industry.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and staff supervision.
* Background in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable, along with barista experience where applicable.
* Comprehensive understanding of food safety practices and regulations within the hospitality sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
