Role: Account Manager
Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 (DOE)
Hybrid: 3 days per week in Wilmslow office

The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who’s ambitious, commercially aware, and excited to grow within a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll be the bridge between clients and creative teams, owning relationships, managing campaign delivery, and ensuring every project meets high standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage campaign delivery from brief through to execution
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Lead client meetings, take briefs, and present work
* Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop effective campaigns
* Stay informed on clients’ industries and market trends
* Produce monthly insight reports for the Account Director
* Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisations
* Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
* Contribute ideas to improve processes and client partnerships
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in account management or client services (agency experience preferred)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
* Commercial mindset with an eye for growth opportunities
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
* Solid understanding of marketing, ideally within B2B
