The Role
We are looking for driven and trusted professionals who are willing to take on a new challenge
within our operations and response team. All successful candidates will receive a full induction
and training package to support the role.
Primary Responsibilities:
* First Line response to emerging risks and vulnerabilities.
* Identify, monitor and cascade geopolitical alerts and notifications.
* Overwatch and coordination of deployed operational assets, both domestically and
overseas.
* Administrational support to the core operations team.
* Engage and communicate with our front line team pre, during and post delivery.
* Respond to incoming alerts, calls and missed notifications.
* Assist in maintaining operational effectiveness.
* Act in accordance with Peregrine's policies and procedures.
* Vetting, prioritising and sending relevant information to ensure operational visibility, in
* order to maintain a fluid tempo across taskings.
* Building and liaising with our current clients and partners.
* Continue to build strong working relationships with all clients.
This is an entry level role into security risk management based at our 24/7 Global Security
Operations Centre. This vital frontline role sees applicants working as part of a team delivering
security risk management services to our clients across the globe.
Accountabilities:
* Support the operations team in the delivery of security risk management solutions,
* domestically and internationally.
* Support the intelligence team in gathering and publishing emerging threats across our
* client base.
* Support of technical team by actively monitor our travel risk management technologies.
* Apply Peregrine's Security Operations Management System across all delivery
* functions

Qualifications and General Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English with the
* ability to articulate and interpret Emergency and Security response practices.
* Self-motivated and independent operator with the ability and maturity to make
* decisions.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills and experience with the ability to
* coordinate several tasks simultaneously to execute daily duties with minimal
* supervision.
* Excellent computer skills with experience with MS Office applications
* Essential - Legal entitlement to work in the UK and a clean CRB Check
* Desirable but not essential – Previous experience in the security industry.
* Desirable but not essential – Military, Private Security or Emergency Services
* Experience
* Desirable but not essential – Level 4 qualification in Security Operations or similar.

Employment Details
Term: Long term team member
Type: Full Time with additional support during operational tasks.
Shift: 12hr shift; 4 days on | 4 days off
Type: Office Based in Plymouth (there are no hybrid or remote working options for this
position)
