Position Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team, advising clients on a wide range of private client matters and contributing to the firm's ongoing success in delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
1. Advise clients on simple and complex Wills
2. Assist with Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
3. Handle Probate and estate administration
4. Advise on trusts, IHT, and estate planning
5. Provide guidance to elderly clients
Requirements
6. 3+ years PQE in private client work
7. Strong technical and client management skills
8. Personable, compassionate, and confident approach
9. STEP qualification preferred
