What You’ll Be Doing
To lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our Birstall store, ensuring income targets are met in line with organisational objectives. The shop manager will motivate and manage a diverse team including volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered while maintaining high standards of presentation and efficient stock rotation.

* Proven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets effectively
* Collaborative approach to achieving departmental and wider organisational objectives
