What you’ll do on a typical day:
Lead by example in health & safety, process adherence, and team engagement
* Managing shift handovers, resource planning, and operational continuity
* Supporting HR functions including RTWs, investigations, and absence management
* Driving performance against KPIs and supporting site-wide initiatives
* Acting as site lead on Sundays and during management absences
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in team leadership within a warehouse or supply chain environment
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
