Responsibilities include:
* Clean rooms to the standard of the hotel
* Use equipment and chemicals in the correct way and observe C.O.S.S.H. Always wear personal protective equipment
* Change Linen, Towels and bed sheets on departure & every third day for long term residents
* Towels are changed on departure unless otherwise requested by guest by placing the towels in the bath
* Service hygiene facilities and empty bins
* Be fully conversant with facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel and where appropriate offer this information to the guest in line with the hotels 4 star standards
* Replace any items that may have been used and keep condiments clean
* Assemble linen and towels and put into appropriate laundry bags for collection
* Note any damages to rooms, décor, fixtures and fittings. Note missing linen and towels and report missing items to the Supervisor
* Take all left items to your supervisor to enable them to be logged
* Make sure all public areas and lavatories are cleaned to a high standard
* You will be required to turn mattresses
* Anticipate guests needs wherever possible
* To provide a turn down service as and when required.
* Promote the hotel to enhance guest satisfaction
* Report any maintenance issues to the Supervisor
* To be responsible for the general security of the company property, departmental keys and stock
* Attend internal meetings where required
