We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Tonypandy on a full-time basis. About the Role The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and pupils, supporting learning across the primary age range, with a particular focus on Early Years. You will play a key role in helping children develop their confidence, independence, and love of learning through engaging, play-based experiences that support their individual needs and development. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has previous experience working within a primary school, ideally with a Teaching Assistant qualification. Has a strong understanding of Early Years education and child development. Demonstrates experience in supporting learning through play and creating engaging learning opportunities.
