As an External Multi Trader , you'll work on a variety of domestic and commercial projects across Andover, carrying out external improvement works while enjoying consistent work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after an initial three-month period.

You'll be joining a supportive team that values skilled tradespeople and takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to move into a permanent External Multi Trader position after three months, offering a salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per year.

I'd be keen to speak to anyone who has worked as an External Multi Trader , Multi Skilled Operative, Groundsworker, General Builder, or Property Maintenance Operative.

As an External Multi Trader, you will be:
Laying patios and carrying out hard landscaping works
Installing and repairing fencing to a high standard
Completing rendering and external finishing works
Undertaking a range of groundwork duties
Carrying out general external property improvements
Supporting with internal maintenance and refurbishment works where required

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
Previous experience carrying out patio laying, fencing, rendering, and groundworks
Experience working as an External Multi Trader or in a similar role
The ability to complete work to a high standard with minimal supervision
A full UK driving licence
Experience with internal trade works would be advantageous
