Senior Paralegal – Commercial Property (Asset Management)
Permanent | Hybrid (3 days in office) | Up to £38,000 | International Law Firm
My client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team, with a focus on asset management. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing team, managing a large and varied portfolio of commercial property assets, while benefiting from hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate commercial property documents including leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, and consents
* Manage lease administration: track key dates, handle renewals and terminations, and ensure ongoing compliance with lease obligations
* Support property due diligence exercises by collating and organising documents to facilitate risk and compliance assessments
* Maintain accurate matter management systems, ensuring documentation is well-organised and accessible for internal teams and clients
* Provide support and informal guidance to junior paralegals, sharing best practices in document handling and asset management
* Act as a key liaison between internal teams and client stakeholders (legal, estates, and operational teams), ensuring smooth communication and workflow
Requirements
* Prior paralegal experience with a focus on commercial property or property asset management
* Experience gained within a large commercial law firm, with an understanding of high-level client service delivery standards
* Familiarity with legal technology platforms and an ability to adapt to innovative legal service delivery models
