Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building long-term client partnerships, and expanding their footprint within the logistics sector. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK within the refrigerated transport and logistics sector. * Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. * Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand business needs and provide tailored logistics solutions. * Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. * Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to promote brand awareness. * Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Key Skills & Experience: * Proven experience in sales and business development within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry (experience in refrigerated logistics is highly desirable). * Strong commercial awareness with a focus on identifying and converting opportunities. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. * Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel nationwide.
