Client Administrator role - IFA Wealth practice
My client is a Wealth Management practice looking to augment their successful team by recruiting an IFA/Wealth Management Administrator to join their office near Stockport.
Responsibilities
* Support Financial Planners with day‑to‑day administration.
* Process new business applications.
* Handle transfers, fund switches and other client‑initiated transactions.
* Respond to client queries via phone and e‑mail.
* Maintain accurate client records and manage other administrative duties within financial services.
Offer
A competitive salary package (between £25k–£31k per annum) depending on experience, with pension and insurance benefits and holiday entitlement. Flexible and hybrid working will be offered after a probationary period.
Qualifications
* At least 1 year of administration experience within an IFA office.
* Knowledge of Intelligent Office – IO is desirable.
* Strong communication, organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
