Sales Manager

They are looking for a dynamic, business development-focused Sales Manager with experience in corporate and agency hotel sales. This role is instrumental in driving sales revenues across our growing UK-wide portfolio and expanding our B2B funnel.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Develop new business strategies for critical market segments such as Serviced Apartment Booking Agents, Business Travel Agents, and Corporate Accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
* Build and maintain relationships with corporate and agency clients, aligned with our sustainable brand proposition.
* Lead contract negotiations and the RFP process for corporate clients, group business, and travel agencies.
* Identify and deliver business development opportunities across all locations, focusing on transient, mid-stay, and extended-stay segments.
* Create asset-level B2B and local sales plans to meet business targets for specific locations.
* Drive partnerships with B-Corp & ESG-aligned corporate clients focusing on sustainability.
* Use AI-based prospecting and pipeline tools to fuel commercial growth efficiently.
* Enable automation and smart segmentation using Sales CRM platforms to expand reach and improve conversion.
* Conduct regular competitive & opportunity analyses to understand potential sales growth opportunities in a sustainable manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience with AI, CRM, and automation tools.
* Proven ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritise pipelining.
* Strong track record in business development within hotels, hybrid living, serviced apartments, or extended-stay sectors.
* Familiarity with UK and European travel buyer ecosystems.
* Excellent presentation skills and comfort in dealing with corporate stakeholders.
* Ability to remain composed under pressure and sustain drive during challenges.
