We're currently recruiting a dedicated M&S Bakery Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Planning and managing efficient opening and closing of the in-store bakery.
* Ensuring Packet Perfect standards are delivered throughout service.
* Completing planogram implementation and correct ticketing.
* Maintaining cleanliness and completing due diligence, addressing gaps or errors promptly.
* Managing stock deliveries and maintaining accurate stock controls as agreed with the store manager, ensuring proper disposal of rubbish.
* Ensuring disposables and consumables are stocked and available, notifying your manager of discrepancies or delivery issues.
Our ideal Bakery Supervisor will have:
* Previous catering experience
* Good personal hygiene
* Excellent food hygiene and safety knowledge
* Willingness to learn and adaptability
