We are working on behalf of a specialist SEN school in Kempston who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
This role is ideal if you are:
An experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, or
A Psychology graduate (or similar) looking to gain hands-on experience
Able to commute to Kempston

Your Responsibilities:
Support pupils with a range of special educational needs
Provide 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroom
Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver personalised learning
Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Caring, patient, and reliable
Experience working with children (SEN experience desirable, not essential)
