We’re supporting a fast-growing global EdTech organisation in hiring a Professional Services Manager to scale and optimise their service delivery across international markets — with a particular focus on growth in the US Higher Education sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the full professional services lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation through to training, consulting and adoption. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers achieve measurable value while driving revenue through an ever-evolving suite of services.
