We are working with a welcoming and supportive school that is seeking an experienced and committed SEN Teacher to join their team for the new academic year.
About the Role:
Full-time SEN teaching role starting September 2025
Long-term position with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate
Teaching a small class of pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
Working collaboratively with a strong team of teaching assistants and SEN specialists
Delivering tailored lessons in line with EHCPs and individual learning plans
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
Proven experience working with pupils with special educational needs
A strong understanding of a range of SEN including ASD, MLD, and SEMH
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude
