Are you an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity? We are working with a well-respected secondary school in Middlesbrough that is seeking a passionate Supply English Teacher to join their team from September 2025.
The Role:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons in line with the national curriculum.
2. Inspire and motivate students to develop a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking.
3. Monitor and support student progress, providing timely feedback.
4. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all learners can thrive.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to support the wider success of the English department and the school community.
Requirements:
1. Experience teaching English at secondary level.
2. Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English.
3. Excellent communication and effective classroom management skills.
4. Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of all learners.
5. QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is essential.
