This opportunity would suit somebody passionate about improving the learner journey through supportive quality assurance, coaching, and developmental practice rather than a purely compliance-led approach.
The organisation is seeking a Quality & Support Coach to work closely with tutors and delivery teams, helping strengthen teaching, learning, assessment, learner experience, and consistency across apprenticeship and adult learning provision.
Key Responsibilities
Sample learner portfolios to ensure assessment quality and consistency
Provide developmental feedback and coaching to tutors
Observe teaching, learning, and assessment activity
Support standardisation and CPD activity
Conduct tutor 1:1 discussions linked to quality improvement
Identify trends and improvement opportunities across deliveryQuality assure Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG)
Promote safeguarding, Prevent, and learner wellbeing throughout delivery
Qualifications
Teaching Qualification Level 4 or above
Experience within apprenticeships and/or funded adult education
Understanding of Ofsted expectations and quality processes
Strong coaching and relationship-building approach
Experience supporting tutor development and CPD activity
