37.5 hours a week

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Processing invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders
Managing supplier payments and ensuring they are accurate and on time
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
Processing expense claims in line with company policy
Supporting financial reporting and month-end processes
Ideal experience and skills
Proven experience in an Accounts Payable
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good Excel skills and experience using ERP systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
