Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and will serve as the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires. Responsibilities include recruiting through various channels, sourcing talented candidates, and managing the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
* Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions, including headhunting and utilizing recruitment systems.
* Work with company leaders to forecast future staffing needs.
* Design and manage recruitment processes such as resume screening, interviews, and selection.
* Utilize social media, networking events, and job fairs to attract candidates.
* Advise candidates on benefits, salary, and company culture.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential and past candidates.
* Manage candidate pools to ensure engagement.
* Handle hiring paperwork and onboarding logistics.
* Coordinate onboarding schedules and facilitate new hire orientation.
* Conduct regular check-ins with new hires during their probationary period.
* Provide updates on talent acquisition activities to leadership.
* Communicate with HR to align on hiring needs and organizational goals.
* Propose improvements to talent acquisition processes.
* Research compensation benchmarks to stay competitive.
* Support other HR initiatives and international recruitment needs.
Experience and Skills
* 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
* HR certification preferred.
* Knowledge of UK & EU labor laws and contract requirements.
* Strong understanding of candidate selection methods and full-cycle recruitment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Positive attitude and team spirit.
