Verve is establishing a Clinical Advisory Board and we are seeking experienced GPs, Physiotherapists and Mental Health Therapists to support the delivery of its Primary Care, MSK and Mental Health services.
We are looking for someone that will help us develop Mental Health products that make a real difference to peoples lives with a specific focus on ADHD diagnosis and treatment.
Main duties of the job
How it works
In the context of Verves learning culture, the Clinical Advisory Boards main functions are to
 * Support the management team by being available to advise, share relevant experiences and expert knowledge which will help them to minimise the risk of blind-spots in relation to upcoming areas of focus and key developments in care
 * Support the development of and influence the Verve brand
 * There will be no regular formal Board meeting.
Membership
As well as representatives from Verve itself, membership of the Board will consist of
 * GPs
 * Physiotherapists
 * Mental Health Therapists

Where are we based?
Verve Healthcare HQ is based inNorbiton, Southwest London, with remote working taking place across the UK. Thework of the CAB is expected to be predominantly remote/virtual.

Person Specification
Qualifications
 * GMC/HCPC/NMC registration; postgraduate qualification in psychiatry, psychology, or nursing; minimum 5 years senior experience in ADHD or neurodevelopmental services.
 * Prior involvement in service design, advisory panels, or governance committees.
Experience
 * Recognised experience in ADHD, neurodevelopmental disorders, or community psychiatry.
 * At least 5 years post-CCT Certificate of Completion of Training or equivalent consultant-level experience.
 * Proven involvement in ADHD assessment, formulation, and intervention frameworks.
 * Strong background in service design, audit, or NICE-compliant pathway development.
 * Experience setting up or leading ADHD services.
 * Familiarity with NICE Guidelines NG87 and Royal College of Psychiatrists ADHD practice standards.
 * Published or research experience in neurodevelopmental or behavioural health.
 * Ability to provide strategic advice on clinical quality, patient safety, and innovation in mental health.
