We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEND Specialist to join our dedicated team supporting pupils aged 11–19 with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and additional needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Role
As a SEND Specialist, you will:
1. Lead and support strategies to meet a wide range of SEND needs.
2. Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and external agencies.
3. Develop and monitor individual education plans and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
4. Provide training and guidance to staff to promote inclusive practice.
What We’re Looking For
5. Proven experience supporting pupils with complex SEND needs.
6. Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. A commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
