Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer
Location: Petersfield, Bradford, Chatham, London

We are hiring a Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer based in Bradford, London, Chatham, or Petersfield. Occasional travel to other offices will be required.
Working Pattern: Hybrid, with 1 to 3 days per week in the office.

Your Role: Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, supporting the business in mitigating legal and regulatory risks, and providing guidance on Financial Crime compliance. You will help develop and maintain a robust financial crime framework and act as the Nominated Officer for VBG.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing guidance on AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC issues.
* Conducting research, risk assessments, and reporting.
* Overseeing fraud risk management strategies.
* Developing policies and controls for AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC.
* Leading and managing the Financial Crime team.
* Handling escalated investigations and external reporting.
* Supporting risk assessments for new products.
* Delivering the annual MLRO report and staff training.
Ideal Candidate:
* Strong knowledge of Financial Crime and risk management.
* Management experience in financial services.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Analytical and numerate.
* Understanding of FCA regulations.
* Relevant professional qualification or willingness to study.
