We have an incredible opportunity for an Assistant Asset Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Asset Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening client relationships and driving portfolio performance. Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, you’ll collaborate across internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality service—making clients feel like they have an in-house portfolio manager. This is a dynamic role where you’ll: Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service Conduct property/site visits and advise on valuations Perform bi-annual ERV reviews to maximise returns Respond to lettings offers and convert them into reservations Spot opportunities to upsell services and achieve KPIs Onboard new property portfolios and ensure system accuracy Oversee compliance and operational processes Support reporting and performance tracking Mentor junior team members and assist the Head of Asset Management What you need to succeed Minimum 2 years’ experience managing lettings/AST portfolios Proven track record in the lettings industry ARLA qualification (preferred) Strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Office Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment Full UK driving licence (essential) Personal Attributes: A team player who embodies Centrick’s values: Team Player, Vibrant, Exceptional Professional, confident, and enthusiastic Organised, adaptable, and proactive Why join us?
