We are looking for an organised and ambitious Administrative Assistant to join our Liverpool or Chester offices, working Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00. As with all client-led industries, a degree of flexibility is required, which in this role will include supporting both locations and ad hoc client events, occasionally outside of core hours. The successful candidate will support office-based facilities tasks and routine administrative duties for our client-facing and fee-earning teams.
You’ll make an impact by:
* Greeting internal and external visitors professionally, courteously, and respectfully
* Answering and transferring calls, and sharing detailed messages when appropriate
* Setting up and clearing meeting rooms, including technical equipment and refreshments, considering dietary requirements
* Supporting the organization of internal and external events and managing diaries, including booking meetings and liaising with clients
* Assisting with document formatting and preparation of bills, letters, and compliance procedures for client-facing teams
