IFA Client Support
* Salary: £27,000 to 35,000 depending on experience
* Location: Exeter with parking or Bath with £7.50 travel expenses when in office
* Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (up to 2 days at home after training/onboarding period)
We are seeking an IFA Client Support to join our team of administrators in a well-established IFA business. This role offers a friendly working environment and the opportunity for hybrid working. The successful candidate will provide essential administration support to the Planner and Technical Support team, ensuring a high-quality service that aligns with the company’s values and FCA requirements.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Gain a thorough understanding of the sales process, client file requirements, and FCA requirements.
2. Deliver personalised and high-quality service that meets clients’ expectations.
3. Understand each client’s circumstances, objectives, and timescales to provide tailored service.
4. Obtain information from providers on clients’ existing financial arrangements and prepare client valuations.
5. Input all client information and history into the back-office system.
6. Collate documentation and ensure the New Business pack is complete before submitting applications to providers.
